Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged
- You have received the wrong item
To be eligible for an exchange:
- A complete unboxing video from the start, without cuts or edits, is mandatory as proof.
- The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and returned with all original packaging and tags intact.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided under normal circumstances.
- Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
- If the product does not reach you within 30 days of order confirmation.
If we are unable to dispatch the product you ordered Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund or exchange requests without proper proof or beyond the 48-hour window will not be accepted.
